Development of innovative gluten-free and vegan confectionery with no added sugar.

The purpose of the project was to create and test innovative products and to find ways to improve the recipe for maximum added value. In collaboration with TalTech University, gluten-free and vegan confectionery with no added sugar was developed during the period 03.03.2025–14.07.2025. In the amount of €6,000, the project was co-funded by the European Union (ERDF).
